Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Please make sure to double check your address and contact information before placing all orders.
If your order is returned due to an insufficient address, it will be reshipped once the complete address is obtained along with payment of shipping charges to have your order reshipped again.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once it is in hands of the shipping carrier. If an item is lost or stolen please file a claim immediately with the shipping carrier. All items include a tracking number, the customer is responsible for tracking their own items.
We are not responsible for carrier delays.
